Constellation Process and Fees
Integrated 3 Step Process
All-in Fee: $900.00 + GST
Preparation and Goal Setting (30 min call)
We discuss your situation and define your specific question or issue, and set a clear objective for the constellation. We may look into organisational history, dynamics, significant events or conflicts. No further preparation is required.
Constellation Facilitation (1.5-2 hours)
For on-line video sessions all you need is a quiet room with a screen, camera and desk, where you can focus and assure privacy.
In-person session arrangements will be agreed and your constellation will be facilitated in my office (Sydney, Inner West)
We will set up the physical representation of the situation like a 3D picture with placeholders for people, departments, stakeholders or even abstract concepts like goals or events are selected. Representatives are typically physical markets but can involve experienced co-facilitators.
Exploring this simulation of the situation provides insights about the relationship dynamics at play. This allows us to observe patterns, tensions, disconnections or disruptions. Potential solution scenarios or hypotheses can be interactively developed and tested.
Integration and Action Planning Session (60 min) :
The newly gained insights and potential solution, which may be around organisational structure, communication practises or decision making processes, can then become part of operational implementation plans. During a debrief call within 2-3 days after the constellation, we can discuss aspects of practical implemenation.
