Ursula Dauenhauer works with leaders of medium-sized B2B technology companies to craft and implement powerful Go To Market strategies.
Her approach and framework is the result of more than 30 years experience as executive, consultant and interim executive across sales, marketing and product management functions.
She believes that Go To Market Strategy is not a high level, one-off process, but dynamic interwoven capabilities that span market positioning, competitive value propositions, sales, marketing and product areas.
As a creative problem solver, her unique skill set combines analytical process design with systemic thinking and interpersonal communication skills.

Ursula specialises working with leadership teams of start/scale-ups or established medium-sized businesses who look to scale their business and gain more certainty of revenue results.
Her strength lies in the facilitation of the strategy formulation process with multiple stakeholders who seek robust discussion and strong alignment to take the business to the next level. With her hands-on experience, she can translate strategy into operational implementation plans and oversee execution. If suitable, Ursula can even assume interim executive roles to fast track the process.
Over more than 35 years in the world of technology sales and marketing, working with more than 130 organisations. Ursula has seen and learned a lot from successes and mistakes. She encoded her real world insights in the Go To Market Framework, which has stood the test of time and delivers bespoke outcomes for every business she is has been working with.
She is known for straight talk, team work, commitment, discipline and focus on real outcomes. As a values driven creative problem solver she strives on complexity and a challenge. Ursula works only with max. 2-3 clients in parallel as she delivers all services herself.
